Yellow Brick is headquartered in Palm Beach County, Florida, with additional offices in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our team serves US-based clients and has trained users around the globe.

Kathy O’Shaughnessy - Co-Founder

Kathy is a business-focused technology leader and strategist. She has a track record of success in bridging the divide between business challenges and technology solutions, most recently at Yale University. Over the course of her career, Kathy consistently and successfully has solved complex business problems with a mix of process and technology solutions.

Kathy's skills include process design, change management, communication strategies, training development, and training delivery. As vice president of Operations and Technology at Time Inc., Kathy led the successful, highly customized implementation of Salesforce to more than 35 offices nationwide. An adoption rate of 96 percent led to an 18 percent increase in revenue from new reps in their first two years. Kathy was named a salesforce.com Customer Hero and presented her success story at Dreamforce, the annual salesforce.com conference.

Jeff Bohanek - Co-Founder

Jeff is a systems architect with more than 15 years of IT consulting, management, and software development experience. Throughout his career, Jeff has focused on understanding an organization's business needs and then creating technical solutions to meet those needs.

He has held both consulting and permanent positions at companies such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Time Inc. As lead architect for Salesforce CRM at Time Inc., Jeff designed and implemented a highly customized solution – fully integrated with back-end systems – that provided Time Inc.’s national field sales with complete account intelligence and account management tools.

Jeff's skills include user interface design, database design, systems architecture, business and process analysis, and systems support. He has expertise in a wide range of technologies including Java, J2EE, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. He leads Yellow Brick’s development, and specializes in delivering custom solutions using the Force.com platform.

Avi Meth - Salesforce Developer

Avi comes to Yellow Brick from the nonprofit world. Avi honed his Salesforce skills while self-implementing Salesforce in his capacity as founder and co-director of an outreach and educational organization in South Florida. He is a certified Salesforce developer and is skilled in a variety of technologies including SQL, C++, Java, PHP, and Joomla.

Avi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Queens College and received his Rabbinical Ordination from the Rabbinical Seminary of America in Queens, New York. Avi can be reached at avi.meth@yellowbricksystems.com.
